Offerings

Fees for Services

Therapy Sessions:

Individual, Family, and Couples (50 mins)- $200.00

Reduced Fee options limited, please contact for more details.

Insurance:

For those who wish to take advantage of their PPO insurance coverage, a Superbill will be provided for you to submit to your insurance provider for partial reimbursement. This brings your total out of pocket costs down, allowing you the ability to see the professional of your choice. Please note: A formal diagnosis is required for insurance.

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services. You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.  For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.

Cancellation Policy:

No charges will occur for appointments cancelled 24 hours or more prior to appointment date and time. Session fees will be charged for No-Shows or Late Cancellations. Voicemail is available 24 hours a day; and messages are checked daily. Let me know in advance if you are unable to make session or if something comes up. I strive to be open and transparent to meet your needs in your healing process.

Frequently Asked Questions

Please reach us at zchelze@gmail.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.

If you are deciding you would like to work  together, here is how you can go about checking to see if your insurance  partially or fully covers out of network services:

  1. Call insurance provider to inquire about what your plan covers for  an out of network licensed marriage & family therapist. Ask if they  cover individual, couples, family, etc. sessions).
  2. Ask about specific cost and what is needed on the SuperBill for the Insurance company to accept and cover services.
  3. Decide whether you would like to move forward with therapeutic services.
  4. Contact me and I will send you initial intake paperwork where you  can provide insurance information through your online portal on  SimplePractice in order to generate monthly SuperBill document after the  assessment process is completed.

Reaching out for support can be a confusing,  scary, tiring, and difficult experience. It can also be challenging or  intimidating if this is your first time. Here is a brief break down of  how the process works when reaching our for services with me:

  1. Call & leave message or send me an email! This  is a great way to set up a free 15 min consultation for us to get  acquainted with one another and decide if we are a good fit!
  2. Be sure to include: name, pronouns, any other identifying info you  feel comfortable sharing, your contact info including your phone  number, email address, and lastly two days & times you are available  for me to return your call/email.
  3. Be sure to check fees of services in order to understand services and offerings.
  4. After speaking with me and if we decide to work together, I will  then send you the intake paperwork online via SimplePractice. (Note:  Please complete paperwork prior to initial session)
  5. Once you have thoroughly completed the paperwork before our  initial session, we will have already scheduled a day/time to meet for  our sessions.
  6. In the beginning of therapy together, I will be gathering as much  information from you as possible in order to build rapport and establish  what brings you in for support. We will also collaborate on a few goals  in order for you to clearly understand your needs and desires  throughout your healing process.
  7. Building Rapport: It is important to keep in mind that just like  all your other relationships in your life, it will take time for us to  become acquainted. Building a relationship with your service provider(s)  is crucial and will also play a role in your healing journey.
  8. Once we have spent time working together and you feel things are  beginning to confidently flow for you, we can discuss meeting less and  eventually parting ways. We will talk about future supports as well and  what to expect once we complete our time spent together.
